Organic red wine from Pendes. Surely one of the best red of the area, it is round, with polished tannins. Pleasant nose of blackcurrant, earthy and smoky. medium-bodied, long finish and ready to drink. It doesn’t need any further cellaring.
56 % Cabernet Sauvignon, 44 % Merlot from our vines in Can Martí. The grapes are harvested manually at their optimum ripeness and transported to the presses in less than 15 minutes after being harvested in order to avoid any early oxidation or fermentation.
